Get help with practice, parent settings, accounts, backup, or anything else in Math Sprouts.

For children’s privacy, please do not include a child’s full name, school, address, or other sensitive information.

Parent settings: Open Grown-ups and enter the Parent PIN.
Backup or restore: In Grown-ups, open Parent account & backup and sign in with the parent account.
Delete an account: In Parent account & backup, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Updates: Close and reopen the app. Math Sprouts checks for compatible updates when it starts.

Learning progress stays on the device by default. Parents can optionally enable cloud backup and anonymous aggregate product metrics.
